Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 15 ounces of plain or egg noodles.

Cook the noodles for 6 to 8 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse them under cold water.

Toss the drained noodles with a small amount of cooking oil to prevent them from sticking.

In a small saucepan, heat 90 ml of oil over low heat.
